Unique control and loading system
Our loaders conform to our precise specifications for coal operations.
The coal buckets can handle up to 6.5 cubic metres per load, filling a road truck within three minutes to the exact legal payload, as a result of the load-tech system they are fitted with. These loaders are also used for loading of trains. In addition, they are fitted with C-Track on-board tracking devices recording every movement on a 24-hour basis.
Loading capacity is well over 100 000 tons per machine per month on a 24-hour basis. Thanks to the special equipment fitted, the mine has complete insight into the tonnages moved per month, as well as hours worked, without having to rely on any human calculations. This has resulted in significant savings for the mine.
